Product designer & UX engineer
I'm a designer
who speaks
engineering too.
I turn complex services into interfaces people can actually use, and build the Design Systems that get them into code. For the past seven years I've done that for the Finnish Food Authority, from the first requirements to the finished interface. I help other designers keep Design Systems healthy as products grow, and I use AI to cut the repetitive work so I can focus on decisions that need a human.

As a person
Fundamentals over trends.
I'm easygoing about most things and weirdly stubborn about the small stuff nobody notices until it's wrong. I'd rather understand why something works than chase what's trending this month. Tools come and go, fundamentals stay. Give me a real problem and enough trust to dig into it, and I'll usually find a simpler way through than anyone expected.
