My role
I worked on UI and UX design for Asiakasoptimi. I focused on making complex financial information easy to scan and giving users control over the data they publish.
01 · Financial overview
The selected reporting period and comparison period run through the whole view, connecting headline figures, charts and customer tables. This gives users a consistent frame of reference when reviewing payment delays, receivables and changes in customer behaviour. Shared filters and controls carry the same approach into the interface details.
02 · Data control
Sharing a sales ledger raises a practical concern: incomplete information, such as a dispute that has not yet been recorded, can make a reliable customer appear to be a poor payer. Publication controls and exception handling address that concern directly. The interface lets users review what is shared, manage publication rules and handle individual exceptions before the data tells the wrong story.
